Oil feed line adapter with 0,9mm restrictor
Required when oil pressure exceeds 3bar
The oil restrictor is required for all ball bearing turbochargers GT25 to GT35 when mounted to engines producing more than 3bar oil pressure under full load. If neglected, a bearing failure is very likely to happen.
At the turbocharger side the adapter features the special M11x1 thread, at the feed line side a M14x1,5 respectively 8L thread, which is commonly used at VW Audi 1.8T oil feed lines. The adapter can also be used if you had previously a T3 T4 turbocharger with or adapter and feed lines installed as the same thread is used in that setup. To reduce oil pressure the adapter features a 0,9mm restriction bore. For safety we suggest fitting our oil feed in-line filter to prevent the adapter from clogging.

The feed line should be at least Dash 4 diameter. The return line should be at least Dash 10 or at least 16mm inner diameter!
